Lambertville
   A vehicle struck a 14 year-old juvenile from Lambertville as he attempted to cross Route 165 on Saturday, Dec. 15.
   Police went to the intersection of Route 518 at 12:25 p.m. and found the juvenile had been thrown 15 feet from the impact.
   A Mazda pickup truck operated by Robert Vangenderen of Delanco, N.J.,, had struck the juvenile, police said. Mr. Vangenderen had been stopped on Route 165 to allow the juvenile to cross in the designated crosswalk when he was struck from behind by another vehicle, which propelled him forward into the juvenile.
   The second vehicle, a GMC pickup truck, was operated by Rodney Fox, 49, of Philadelphia, police said. Mr. Fox had a suspended driver’s license, and both he and his passenger, Robert Johnson, 55, also of Philadelphia, were found to have several warrants for their arrest for failure to appear on criminal and traffic charges, police said.
   Mr. Fox was taken to the Hunterdon County Jail in default of $3,700 bail and is facing charges in relation to the crash, police said.
   Mr. Johnson posted $580 bail and was released.
   The juvenile was taken to Hunterdon Medical Center by the Lambertville-New Hope Ambulance and Rescue Squad and paramedics where he was treated and released with relatively minor injuries, police said.
   Michele Liebtag, 38, of Frenchtown was charged with drunken driving Saturday after police received a report of a possible intoxicated driver.
   Police stopped Ms. Liebtag on Route 29 in the area of Route 202 at 12:35 a.m.
   She also was charged with refusal to submit to breath testing and reckless driving and was released without bail.
   James Poth, 60 of New Hope was charged with drunken driving Friday after he was observed driving erratically on Route 179, police said.
   Police stopped Mr. Poth at 9:10 p.m. He also was charged with reckless driving, failure to maintain lane and failure to keep right and released without bail.
   Eric Eubanks, 32, of Morrisville, Pa., was arrested on warrants after being stopped Dec. 13.
   Police stopped Mr. Eubanks on Bridge Street for speeding at 8:15 a.m. A check revealed his license was suspended and he had a warrant for his arrest for failure to appear on traffic charges in Lawrence Township, police said.
   Mr. Eubanks was released without bail and charged with speeding and driving while suspended.
   Three unidentified males assaulted a citizen of Lambertville as he attempted to open for business early in the morning of Dec. 13, police said.
   The victim reported he was coming to work at 6:15 a.m. to open for the day. As he parked his vehicle at Village Square, he was assaulted by three males, who punched him in the face and attempted to rifle through his pockets, police said.
   The suspects fled empty handed, police said.
   The suspects are described as dark-skinned, possibly Hispanic, and were last seen running toward Union Street.
