Katherine E. Ofman

   ROBBINSVILLE — Katherine E. Ofman, 92, died Monday at home.
   Born in New Brunswick, Ms. Ofman had been a resident of Windsor for 61 years.
   She was a longtime member of the Polish National Church of Our Savior, where she was active with the cooking for the church. She was previously employed with Native Lace of Hightstown and retired in 1980 from Donnelly Memorial Hospital in Hamilton, where she worked as a cook.
   In addition to her culinary skills, Ms. Ofman also enjoyed gardening, huge family gatherings and listening to Polish music.
   Predeceased by her parents, Frank and Sophie (Jarosz) Wieszczek, her husband of 51 years, Victor V. Ofman, her sister Genevieve Shintay, and her brother Stanley Wieszczek, she is survived by two sons, Victor J. Ofman and his wife Lynn E. Hoff of Plainsboro, and Eugene R. Ofman of Windsor; four grandchildren, Kim, Kelly, Kevin and Eric; five great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
   The funeral service was held Friday at the Saul Colonial Home, 3795 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Square. Interment followed in the Polish National Church of Our Savior Cemetery, Hamilton.
