Pepper Hamilton LLP announced that it has named two new partners in its West Windsor office:
Jeffrey A. Carr, who concentrates in commercial litigation and litigation in the areas of real estate, franchise and distribution, construction, product liability and environmental law. Mr. Carr handles matters in federal and state courts, as well as in private arbitrations. He joined the firm in 1999.
Donald R. Readlinger, who practices in the corporate and securities law areas. Mr. Readlinger has been with the firm since 2001.

Stephen J. Hyland, a Cherry Hill resident and attorney with offices in Westmont and Pennington, was honored with the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Distinguished Legislative Service Award.
Mr. Hyland received the award for his service on the New Jersey Civil Union Review Commission. Appointed by Gov. Jon Corzine in 2007, he currently serves as the Commission’s secretary.
An NJSBA member since 2004, Mr. Hyland is a member of the executive committee of the GLBT Section and is also a member of the real property trust & estate law and elder law sections.
