Charles Winter

Mr. Winter, 97, of Monroe, died Nov. 27, 2007. A self-employed certified public accountant for more than 60 years, he founded the firm that ultimately became Winter and Co., CPAs, New York City, and later, Woodbridge. He was predeceased by his first wife, Sadie Winter, in 1991, and by his second wife, the former Annette Klein, in 2005. Surviving are a sister, Selma Forrest of Bayonne; his children and their spouses, Frank and Joyce Winter of Manalapan, and Judith and Steve Baum and Ralph and Maria Winter, all of East Brunswick; his grandchildren and their spouses, Jeffrey and Lynn, Elisa and Joseph, Barbara and Don, Keath and Ceridwen, Kevin, and Brian; and three great-grandchildren, Eric, Ethan and Parker.
