Assemb. Linda Greenstein (D-Monroe) has endorsed the presidential campaign of Barack Obama, the senator’s campaign announced Thursday.
Ms. Greenstein, whose district includes West Windsor, Plainsboro, South Brunswick and Cranbury and Hamilton, said: As a member of the Assembly and of the former New Jersey Citizens’ Clean Elections Commission (2004-2006), I am particularly proud to work with Barack Obama. He has vowed to change politics as we know it, and I will stand with him to make that a reality.”
Sen. Obama said, “It is an honor to have Assemblywoman Greenstein on our team. She is a dedicated public servant who has proven she can reach across party lines and bring people together to get things done. She has worked hard to promote integrity in the election system and I am proud she will join us to transform our politics and bring change we can believe in. I look forward to working with Assemblywoman Greenstein to continue to build support for our campaign in New Jersey.”
