Marjorie C. Grubb

    ROBBINSVILLE — Marjorie C. Grubb, 81, died Dec. 20 at home.
    Born in Trenton, she was a lifelong area resident.
    Ms. Grubb was a graduate of Trenton High School, Class of 1945, and after many years of service, retired from the state Department of Education.
    She loved to spend time with her family, and enjoyed shopping sprees as well as her many trips to Atlantic City casinos.
    She was the daughter of the late Rush and Maryellen Young, and sister of the late Rush Young. She is survived by her companion of 27 years, William W. (Bill) White of Robbinsville; three children and their spouses, Pamela and Jim Ratigan of Doylestown, Pa., Timothy R. and Betty Grubb of Cream Ridge and Kimberley and Michael Kurtz of Jackson; six grandchildren and their spouses, Michael and Kelly Ratigan, James and Sally Ratigan, Stacy Grubb, Amy Grubb, Micah Kurtz and Travis Kurtz; eight great-grandchildren; and her sister, Mary Stephan of Hamilton; as well as by many nieces and nephews and their families.
    Funeral services will be held today at 10 a.m. at the M. William Murphy Funeral Home, 1863 Hamilton Ave, Hamilton Township. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at11 a.m. in St. Anthony’s Roman Catholic Church, 626 S. Olden Ave., Trenton. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
