Son lives in West Windsor
EAST WINDSOR — June N. Rutkowsky died Tuesday at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Hamilton. She was 82.
Born in New York City, she resided there for over 50 years and East Windsor for over 30 years.
Mrs. Rutkowsky was a scheduling open-heart secretary and blood bank coordinator at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in New York City from 1963 until 1987. She worked for the educational records bureau in New York City from 1958 until 1963 and the National City Bank on Wall Street from 1941 until 1946.
Daughter of the late Oliver and Nanette Anderson, wife of the late John Rutkowsky, she is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Kenneth J. and Stephanie Rutkowsky of West Windsor; daughter Lynn N. Mattel; brother Oliver A. Anderson; grandchildren Richard M. Rutkowsky, Brian J. Rutkowsky, Dawn A. Andrew and Karen B. Thompson; and great-grandchildren Jon D. Thompson and Jordan C. Andrew.
The funeral will be 11 a.m. Saturday at A.S. Cole Funeral Home, 22 North Main St., Cranbury, with the Rev. James R. Egan officiating.
Interment will follow in Brainerd Cemetery, Cranbury.
Calling hours are 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home with a service scheduled for 8 p.m.
