This coming November, East Brunswick is not only electing a new president, we are electing a mayor.
A president can only have two terms. Why are we allowing our mayor to have multiple terms without being a good leader for the residents of East Brunswick? It is about time people started realizing what this mayor and his Township Council (not including David Stahl) have done for this town: raised taxes, allowed many more homes to be built, not kept promises made during campaigning, etc.
Have the people of East Brunswick noticed how many stores are leaving the town just in the Mid-State Mall alone? We cannot build any more homes, condos, co-ops or apartments in East Brunswick. Every home that has children in the public schools has other people in the town paying for their education. It costs a minimum of $12,000 to educate a child, and this does not include classes such as English as a second language or special education.
Knowing how David Stahl fights for the people, perhaps we should nominate him. Or at least let’s nominate someone who cares about the residents of East Brunswick.
Think before you vote in November – vote for the person, not the party.
