Montgomery Planning Board chairman arrested

   MONTGOMERY — Montgomery Township Planning Board Chairman Steven Sacks-Wilner, 57, of Dutchtown-Zion Road was arrested on warrants issued by the Hillsborough Township and Manville municipal courts for failure to appear in court on multiple motor vehicle summonses at 9:45 a.m. Tuesday, Montgomery police reported.
   Mr. Sacks-Wilner, who is an attorney, was taken to police headquarters where he posted $939 in bail and was released.
   All the incidents were related to not having the proper credentials during motor vehicle stops, such as registration and inspection violations, according to a published report.
   Montgomery Officer Andrew Perry made the arrest.
