Mr. Armhold, 85, of Spotswood, died March 15, 2008, in Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. Prior to his retirement in 1980, he was employed as a foreman at E.I. DuPont, Parlin section of Sayreville, where he worked for 40 years. His wife, Katherine Ureneck Armhold, died in 1993. Surviving are three daughters, Kay S. Hornung of Pine Beach, Karen A. Armhold of Spotswood and Christine Armhold of Howell; two sons, George E. Armhold, and his wife, Sharon, of Sayreville and Brian E. Armhold, and his wife, Debbie, of Spotswood; a sister, Ruth Sirna, and her husband, Sam, of Spotswood; a sister-in-law, Sylvia Armhold of East Brunswick; eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. A Mass was offered at Immaculate Conception Church, Spotswood. Interment was in Holy Cross Burial Park, South Brunswick. Memorial contributions may be made to Disabled American Veterans, P.O.
