MANVILLE Anthony Zacharevich died Saturday at the Haven Hospice at JFK Medical Center, Edison. He was 91.
Born in Manville, he had been a lifelong Manville resident.
Mr. Zacharevich worked for Johns-Manville for many years. He also had worked for the borough of Bridgewater and retired from there a number of years ago.
He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
He was a life member of the Manville VFW Post 2290.
Surviving are his brother, Walter Zack of Hillsborough; a sister, Stella Jubak of Manville; one nephew; and several nieces.
The funeral service was held Tuesday from Ketusky Funeral Home in Manville. Interment was private.
