I wish to thank the PenningtonParks and Recreation Commission for all of their hard work in making the Memorial Day Parade so successful. Thank you also for honoring me as the grand marshal of the parade. It was great to see friendly people along the parade route and to have my first ride in a Jaguar.
Thank you to the many people who stopped at my home for cake. It was so enjoyable to see former babies, patients, new and old friends and neighbors. You are the best!!
The jazz band and bagpipes were great additions to our celebration. I have received many comments on how both were so enjoyable!!! Thank you so much.
All in all, the day can be diagnosed as “a perfect Pennington day with wonderful people.”
