Gym everyday would help

Matt Calapatia, Sunnymead School
Do you, kids in elementary school, want gym everyday? I surely do.
I believe that kids in elementary schools should have daily gym, five days a week.
I believe that kids should have daily gym because most kids at home don’t get enough exercise. If this happens, they will not stay fit. Also, many sports that they played before will be worse without the magic of daily gym. For example, if someone was a quarterback on a football team and they are not getting stronger, they will realize that gym may help build stronger arms to throw further distances.
Furthermore, usually in winter there is not much exercise going on. By having daily gym in school, everyone can always play sports everyday.
When it comes to spring and summer, you still want to be good at sports, right? You don’t want to be the worst and be bench boy or something. It keeps an average health status for you too.
Most importantly, I demand daily gym because it helps all parts of the human body. For example, by sweating and burning calories it will prevent you from getting overweight and fat.
Also, if the muscles stay weak, kids playing football or basketball will easily get hurt in bigger and stronger leagues. In gym some of these activities can build up body strength and muscles.
Finally, by staying fit kids can run faster than ever if they’re interested in track. Along with track, it will also help with the field activities.
As you can see, having daily gym can help in many ways while still having fun.
