MANVILLE Richard “Richie” Mancini died June 13 at the Somerset Medical Center in Somerville. He was 56.
Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., and raised in Levittown, N.Y., and had resided in Texas before settling to Manville 22 years ago.
Mr. Mancini was an operating engineer with I.U.O.E. Local 14 in New York City since 1986.
He was predeceased by a brother, Walter Mancini in 2006.
Surviving are his wife, Deborah A. (Clancy) Mancini; two sons, Jason A. and Ricki W.; two daughters, Jessicca R. Mancini and Kaitlyn E. Mancini of Manville; his twin brother, Peter of Baldwinsville, N.Y.; sister Barbara Santiago of Medford, N.Y.; and father-in-law.
A funeral service was held June 17 from Fucillo & Warren Funeral Home in Manville with Pastor Michael Veach officiating. Burial was private.
