Route 27 from the location of the Edison Municipal complex until the Highland Park border, reminds me of Times Square, New York City, in the ’70s. The sidewalks are dirty, broken and dangerous. There are flashing billboards that must be illegal in size and location; many of them are broken and torn and distasteful. “For rent” and “for sale” signs abound. Traffic is a nightmare. I hope someone is listening.
