Mrs. Geddes, 88, of Marlboro, died July 18, 2008, at home. Born in St. Catherine, Jamaica, she lived in Florida for many years before moving to Marlboro four years ago. Her daughter, Pauline Butterworth, died in 2002. She is survived by her daughter and two sons-in-law, Marylin and Harold Chlup of Marlboro and Gerald Butterworth of Toronto, Canada; a brother, Cyril Stewart of South Bend, Wash.; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Interment will be in Jamaica. A memorial service will be held at a later date, under the direction of the Freeman Funeral Home, Manalapan.
