Mr. Frisher, 86, of Englishtown, died Aug. 3, 2008. A U.S. Army veteran of World War II, he was a corrections officer with the New York City Department of Corrections for more than 20 years. Mr. Frisher is survived by his wife, Estelle (Ochs); his children, Alan of Melbourne, Fla., William of Staten Island, N.Y., Lloyd of Englishtown, Marla Kaplan of Freehold, and Randee Salm of Coral Springs, Fla.; two brothers, Joseph of Queens, N.Y., and David of Boynton Beach, Fla.; a sister, Pauline Gianini of Bensonhurst, N.Y.; 13 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Services were held at the Bloomfield-Cooper Jewish Chapels, Manalapan.
