A vandal kicked the rear passenger’s side door and also ripped off the rear windshield wiper on a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee while it was parked outside its owner’s home on Lawrence Road between 7 p.m. Aug. 30 and 10:30 a.m. Aug. 31, police said.
A Yardley, Pa., resident reported the theft of a black CD case and 13 CDs from the top of her desk at her office at 3131 Princeton Pike between 5 p.m. Aug. 22 and 9 a.m. Aug. 25, police said. There were no signs of forced entry.
Someone stole Porsche crests from the middle of the wheels of five Porsches and also took the logos from three of the five cars at the Princeton Porsche dealership on Brunswick Pike between 9 p.m. Aug. 27 and 7:30 a.m. Aug. 28, police said.
The thief also damaged wheels and rims of one of the cars in the effort to remove the crests, causing $4,919 worth of damage to the wheels, police said. The crests were valued at a combined $660.
An attendant at John’s Truck Stop on Brunswick Pike told police someone drove into the gas station and filled up the vehicle’s gas tank with $116 worth of gasoline, and then left without paying for it at 4:34 p.m. Aug. 27.
Vandals broke the windows on a storage building at the rear of a Helen Avenue residence between 9 p.m. Aug. 24 and 9 a.m. Aug. 25, according to police. The vandals tossed rocks through numerous windows on the building.
Someone scratched the driver’s side door, mirror, passenger’s side door and hood of a 2002 Audi belonging to a Sturwood Way resident while the car was parked outside its owner’s home between 6 p.m. Aug. 24 and 6 a.m. Aug. 25, police said.
