Joseph B. Kubeck, 83, of Cranbury, died Sunday, Aug. 31, at the University Medical Center at Princeton.
Born in Taylor, Pa., Mr. Kubeck has resided in Cranbury since 1981.
Mr. Kubeck was a Veteran of World War II, serving with the 174th Artillery Division at the Battle of the Bulge.
He was employed as an electrical engineer at General Electric, in Scranton, Pa., and Schenectady, N.Y. He then was employed as an associate professor at Middlesex County College.
His sister, Johanna Panek, is deceased. He is survived by his sisters, Mary Schwab of Hawthorne, and Margaret Slovenkai of Yarmouth Port, Mass.; and seven nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Thursday, Sept. 4, at St. Anthony of Padua R.C. Church, 251 Franklin St., Hightstown.
Interment will follow in Holy Cross Burial Park, South Brunswick. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Princeton HealthCare System Foundation, 253 Witherspoon St., Princeton, N.J. 08540.
