BORDENTOWN CITY
    Jason Ledford, 24, of Burlington was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, driving while suspended, driving while in possession of a controlled dangerous substance, and failure to maintain lane on Route 130/206 at about 1 a.m. Sunday after police said he was pulled over for swerving. He was also charged on a $350 warrant from Bordentown City, police said. He was turned over to Burlington Township Police in lieu of bail on a $879 warrant, police said.
    Richard Stoneback, 50, of Bordentown City, was charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, careless driving and possession of an open container of alcoholic in a motor vehicle just after 4 p.m. Aug. 26. Police said they had responded to a collision at Crosswicks and East Burlington streets. Mr. Stoneback, who was driving a pickup truck, had refused treatment at the scene for an elbow injury, police said. The other driver, whom police did not identify, was a pregnant woman who was transported to Lourdes Medical Center in Willingboro for observation, police said.
    Carlos Class, 34, of Bordentown Township was charged with outstanding warrants from Lumberton and Pemberton townships totaling $3,900 at 4:09 p.m. Friday and for hindering apprehension when police said he gave a false name. Police said Mr. Class and another man, who was not charged, were questioned for pushing Acme shopping carts down West Burlington Street, off Acme’s Route 130 property. Mr. Class was lodged in Burlington County Jail in lieu of bail.
    Police said Barney Anderson Jr., 22, of Jersey City, was charged on several warrants, possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession with the intent to distribute at 11:27 p.m. Aug. 27. Police said he was pulled over after police saw his car crossing painted lines on Route 130 several times. Police said Mr. Anderson was also on his cell phone while driving. Police said he was found to have a white powdery substance suspected to be cocaine, and suspected marijuana. He was transported to Burlington County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail.
    Police said Garry Mitchell, 41, of Trenton was charged with driving while intoxicated, failure to maintain lane and reckless driving at 1:17 a.m. Aug. 24 after police said he was seen driving out of his lane on Route 130/206 and Crosswicks Street.  He was released to a friend after processing.
    Joseph Polino, 33, of Trenton was charged with possession of a weapon (a box cutter) and charged on several warrants at 9:25 p.m. Aug. 22 at the River Line station when police learned he was wanted on $7,000 in warrants from Trenton.  Police said the box cutter was found during a search.  He was turned over to Trenton on the unpaid warrants, police said.
    Police said Andrew Troupe, 22, of Trenton was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance at 9:14 p.m. Aug. 22 after police said they spoke to him when he stepped onto Prince Street without using a crosswalk.  Police said he appeared nervous and a search revealed a bag of what appeared to be marijuana.  He was given a court date and released.
    Carl D. Hames, 44, of Trenton was charged with hindering apprehension, possession of a controlled dangerous substance (prescription drugs), possession of a scheduled narcotic, possession with the intent to distribute, numerous warrants and motor vehicle charges at 5:46 p.m. Aug. 12.  Police said Mr. Hames was stopped by police for failing to stop his car at an intersection and was not wearing a seat belt.  Police said he provided a false name to police.  Several filled prescriptions were found on the floor of the car under various names, police said.  After police determined Mr. Hames’ real name he was also found to have warrants out for his arrest from Burlington County, Bordentown Township and Pemberton Township, according to police.
    He was lodged in Burlington County jail on a no-bail warrant from the county and bail was set at $50,000 for charges from Bordentown City.  Sgt. Doug Corrello and Detective Shaun Lafferty led the investigation.
FLORENCE
    Darius Diggs, 24, of Florence, was charged with contempt of court at 11:39 p.m. Friday, after police performed a warrant check when he was stopped in a vehicle on Delaware Avenue. He posted $250 bail and was released, police said.
    Franklin D. Lucas, 43, of Florence, was charged with reckless driving, driving while intoxicated and failure to signal at 11:57 p.m. Friday on Wilbur Henry Drive. Police said he was stopped after officers saw he was driving recklessly. Police said he failed field sobriety tests and was released on his own recognizance after charges were filed.
    James Brown, 40, of Mount Laurel, was charged with defiant trespass and criminal mischief at 7:42 p.m. Saturday on Potts Mill Road. Police said there had been a dispute between Mr. Brown and the resident, an acquaintance who claimed Mr. Brown had broken a car windshield and damaged a rear storm door on the house. Mr. Brown was released on his own recognizance pending a court appearance.
    Axel D. Vader, 20, of Hamilton, was charged with obstructing traffic and possession of drugs in a motor vehicle at 1:14 a.m. Sunday. A passenger in the vehicle, Roland Powell, 29, of Hamilton, was charged with contempt of court when Mr. Vader was pulled over for driving very slowly on Delaware Avenue.
    Police said they smelled marijuana in the car when it was pulled over and found two bags of suspected drugs in the car. Mr. Powell had a warrant for contempt of court from Hamilton and posted $250 bail, police said. Mr. Vader was released on his own recognizance pending a court date.
    Harjinder Kaler, 35, of Florence, was charged with driving while intoxicated and reckless driving at 6:50 a.m. Monday on Cedar Lane. Police said they had received a report of an erratic driver. Mr. Kaler was found driving a brown Toyota with a flat tire and appeared intoxicated, police said. Police said he was released on his own recognizance pending a court date.
