Julia Warcola

   MANVILLE — Julia B. Bartushak Warcola died Sept. 5 at Harborside-Woodsedge Healthcare, Bridgewater. She was 85.
   Born in Manville where she had been a lifelong resident, Mrs. Warcola was the owner of Warcola’s Gifts in Manville.
   She was a communicant of St. Mary’s Byzantine Catholic Church of Hillsborough and a member of the Altar Society. She had worked bingo at the church and made pirogies with St. Mary’s Angels.
   She was the wife of the late William Warcola who died in 1997; mother of the late Kathleen W. Hughes and sister of the late Jacob Bartushak.
   Mrs. Warcola is survived by her daughter, Clara Bondinell of Wayne, Pa.; two sons, William of Montgomery Township and Steven of Mendham; her brothers, Andrew Bartushak and Joseph Bartusek; her sisters, Mary Rosacha and Tess Nevitt of Manville; 10 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
   Funeral services will begin at 9:15 a.m. today, Sept. 11, at Fucillo & Warren Funeral Home, Manville, followed by a 10 a.m. funeral liturgy at St. Mary’s Byzantine Catholic Church in Hillsborough.
   Final visitation will be from 8:45 a.m. today, until service time.
   Memorial contributions may be made in Julia Warcola’s name to St. Mary’s Building Fund, 1900 Brooks Blvd., Hillsborough.
