Mary Ann Adamcik

   MANVILLE — Mary Ann Homnick Adamcik died Sept. 3 at Somerset Medical Center, Somerville. She was 83.
   Born in Scranton, Pa., she resided in Throop, Pa., before settling in Manville in 1959.
   Mrs. Adamcik, a machine operator for 17 years at Jelco Labs in Raritan, was a communicant of Christ the King Roman Catholic Church in Manville, a member of the Manville Senior Citizens Club and the Veterans of Foreign Wars Ladies Auxiliary.
   She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph P. Adamcik in 1971; her daughter, Mary Jo, in 1949; her brother, Joseph Homnick and her sister, Anna Bruno.
   Surviving are her son, Joseph of Manville; her daughter, Ann Lewis of Manville; two brothers, Paul Homnick of Windmere, Fla., and Frank Homnick of Abington Township, Pa.; and five grandchildren.
   The funeral was Sept. 6 at Fucillo & Warren Funeral Home, Manville, followed by a funeral liturgy at Christ the King Roman Catholic Church. Burial was in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Hillsborough.
