MEDFORD — Mary R. Bonsanto, 85, of Medford, died Sept. 2 in Medford Convalescent & Nursing Center.
She resided in Medford for the past five years, formerly of Roebling, Trenton, Hoboken, Jacobstown and Browns Mills.
She was retired from Crescent Sportswear, Bordentown with 10 years of service. Mrs. Bonsanto was also employed by General Motors Fisher Body Division, Ewing.
She was the first baby to be baptized in Holy Assumption Catholic Church, Roebling.
She was a former member of the Willitts Hogan Tonne American Legion Unit 39 & Opre Larson V.F.W. Post 8838 Ladies Auxiallry, Roebling.
Predeceased by her husbands, Donald Chamberlain Sr. and Michael Bonsanto and son, Donald Chamberlain Jr.; she is survived by two daughters, Donna Pittman and Bonnie Hofflinger of Browns Mills; two sisters, Helen Berry of Florence and Betty Drangula of Roebling; six grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, 6 great-great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Burial was held at St. Ann’s Church, 22 Trenton Road, Browns Mills.
Interment was in Groveville Cemetery.
