Jacqueline D. Urbish

   BERKELEY TOWNSHIP — Jacqueline D. Urbish, 74, of the Holiday City West section of the township, died Monday at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, Hamilton.
   Born in Llondovery, South Wales, United Kingdom, she came to the United States in 1953 to marry her husband, Frederick, and they lived in Perth Amboy, N.J., before moving to Berkeley Township in 1991.
   Mrs. Urbish was a bookkeeper at Bankers Savings in Perth Amboy.
   She was a parishioner of St. Maximilian Kolbe R.C. Church, Berkeley Township, where she was a member of the church’s choir.
   She also was a past member of the Holiday City West Variety Club, Women’s Club and the Bocce Club. She had spent many happy hours playing bingo at the Holiday City West Clubhouse.
   Surviving are her husband of 55 years, Frederick Urbish; a son and daughter-in-law, Ste- phen and Jacqueline Urbish of Columbus; a daughter and son-in-law, Teresa and Steve Bekesy of Port Reading; and five grandchildren, Brian, Amy and Paul Urbish, and Emma and Sara Bekesy.
   The family will receive friends today, Thursday, from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals, 145 St. Catherine Blvd., Toms River.
   A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday at 9:30 a.m. at St. Maximilian Kolbe R.C. Church, Berkeley Township. Burial will follow in Our Lady of Czestochowa Cemetery, Doylestown, Pa.
   In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Holiday City at Berkeley First Aid Squad, 100 Port Royal Drive, Toms River, NJ 08757.
