Lambertville 
   Sept. 8, at 12:35 p.m., Gregg M. Newman, 45, of Yardley, Pa., was stopped on Bridge Street for having a brake light out.
   A warrant was found from Lambertville Court for $81 for a traffic violation.
   Mr. Newman posted bail and was released.
   Sept. 9 at 12:25 a.m., James A. Bulger, 71, of Lambertville was charged with drunken driving.
   Mr. Bulger was stopped on Route 518 for failure to keep right.
   Mr. Bulger also was charged with refusal to submit to a breath test, failure to keep right and reckless driving.
   He was released without bail.
   Friday at 11 a.m., thefts were reported at two apartments at the Heritage Village Apartments on Route 518.
   Tenants Helga Jung, 68, and Liudmiha Gouchazova, 75, reported various items were missing from their apartments.
   Saturday at 6:05 a.m., Colleen Case, owner of Ennis Market on North Union Street, reported the theft of an undisclosed amount of money and a laptop computer from her store.
   The store was closed at the time of the theft, police said.
   Saturday at 10:38 a.m., Thomas Lear, an employee of Hamilton Grill Room on Coryell Street, reported the theft of a gold coin and picture frame valued at $800.
