POLICE BLOTTER, Sept. 26

Princeton Borough 
   Michael Kuchta, 19, of Nassau, N.Y., was charged with disorderly conduct after police said they were called to Princeton University’s McCosh Infirmary about 3 a.m. Saturday regarding an underage intoxicated person there. After being arrested for disorderly conduct, police said, he was transported to University Medical Center at Princeton for treatment and was later released.
   Nith Sanabria, 36, of Trenton was charged with contempt of court following a motor vehicle stop on Witherspoon Street about 12:50 p.m. Monday. It was determined that Trenton Municipal Court had issued a $417 warrant for Mr. Sanabria, police said. He was released after posting bail.
   Antonio Sweat, 24, of Trenton was charged with contempt of court following a motor vehicle stop on John Street about 5:35 p.m. Sunday. Trenton Municipal Court had issued a $430 warrant for Mr. Sweat, police said. He was committed to jail in default of bail, according to the report.
Princeton Township 
   Rufo Sanchez Lopez, 29, of Somerset was arrested on three outstanding court warrants after his 1996 Honda Accord was stopped on Witherspoon Street about 7:10 p.m. Monday because it did not have a front license plate, police reported. A check revealed two active warrants out of Princeton Township totaling $615 and one warrant out of Montgomery Township for $250, police said. He later posted $865 in bail and was released.
West Windsor 
   Brian Williams, 20, of Montgomery was charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams, possession of a controlled and dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, and failure to maintain a lane following a traffic stop at 12:20 a.m. Sunday on Quakerbridge Road at Nassau Park Boulevard. Mr. Williams was seen driving erratically and a search following the initial stop located the drugs, according to police.
   Township police are investigating a shoplifting incident that occurred at the Ulta retail perfume center in the Nassau Park shopping center at 5:30 p.m. Monday. Police said a woman removed two bottles of perfume valued at $170. Employees believe the woman entered the store bathroom and removed security tags from the bottles prior to leaving the store, according to the report.
Plainsboro 
   Darrell Wallace, 42, of Juniper Row, Princeton Township, was charged with making terroristic threats during a visit to the McDonald’s restaurant on Schalks Crossing Road about 10:30 p.m. Monday. Police said they were called to the restaurant after receiving a report of a patron threatening to physically assault the manager because his order was incorrect. Mr. Wallace was reported to have used foul language and approached the counter with a closed fist threatening to punch the manager in the face, police said.
   John Holowko, 44, of Morristown was charged with driving while intoxicated after police said they stopped a vehicle on Scudders Mill Road about 12:45 a.m. Thursday for failure to stay in one lane. He was later released to a friend pending a court appearance.
