John W. Bodnar

   John W. Bodnar of Lawrence died Sunday at Capital Health System’s Fuld Campus. He was 45.
   Born in Trenton, he had resided all of his life in Lawrence Township.
   Mr. Bodnar was a stagehand at the Sovereign Bank Arena with Local No. 8 of the International Alliance of Theatrical Stagehands & Motion Pictures. He had formerly been employed at the Merry Go Round bar, Lawrence Township Department of Public Works and Certified Steel.
   Son of the late John Bodnar and brother of the late Terry and Patricia Bodnar, he is survived by his wife, Jill Schneck Bodnar; daughters Brianna Bodnar and Nicole Young; sons Richard and John Young; mother Marge Kubin Bodnar; sisters and brothers-in-law Margieann and William Mahon and Joanne and Lee Conner; brother and sister-in-law Thomas and Heather Bodnar; granddaughter Alysha Green; maternal grandmother Helen Roth; godfather Bob Kubin; and several sisters-in-law, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
   The funeral will be 11 a.m. Friday at Poulson & Van Hise Funeral Directors, 650 Lawrence Road, Lawrence, with the Rev. Nina Reeder, pastor of the Lawrence Road Presbyterian Church, officiating.
   Burial will be in Sts. Peter & Paul Cemetery, Hamilton Township.
   Calling hours are 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
   In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
