Patrolman Angelo Zecca, PBA Local 166
The South Brunswick Police Benevolent Association Local 166 represents the front-line officers who deal with the daily problems of our community. Our call to service gives us a unique perspective on the community we serve. We pride ourselves on the development of relationships to be effective. Those relationships have proved essential in our daily work.
In the capacity of relationships we have found council members Carol Barrett, Charles Carley and Joe Camarota to be advocates for the public safety concerns of our community. They have consistently seen the importance of maintaining staffing levels and adequate police funding. They have listened to the variety of concerns of our membership, from health care coverage changes at the state to prescription copays. They have consistently listened and addressed our concerns.
We believe Carol Barrett, Charles Carley and Joe Camarota have served our community well over these past four years. In 2004, we offered our first support for these candidates. We believe their actions deserve our continued support in 2008. It is our belief that they hold the fundamental principles of health, safety, and welfare of all South Brunswick residents at their core. Their service to our community has earned them the support of our union.
