   Susan Guariglia, 39, of Farm Road, was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving the wrong way on a divided highway at 10:19 p.m. Aug. 26, when police stopped her on Triangle Road.
   She was taken into custody after failing field sobriety tests. At police headquarters, she was found to have a blood alcohol content level of 0.27 percent, police said. New Jersey law defines a BAC of .08 percent or higher as intoxicated.
   Ms. Guariglia was taken to Somerset Medical Center for observation because of the high level of alcohol in her bloodstream after the charges were filed.
   A Pierson Drive resident reported the theft of a Sirius satellite radio, valued at $70, from his vehicle parked at his home. The theft occurred sometime between 10:30 p.m. Sept. 22 and 7:35 a.m. Sept. 23.
   Thomas Delasko, 36, of Sea Bright, was charged with DWI after police observed the vehicle he was driving swerving on Route 206 south at 12:18 a.m. Sept. 21.
   After failing field sobriety tests, Mr. Delasko was taken into custody, police said. Breath tests administered at police headquarters showed Mr. Delasko’s BAC at .21 percent, police said.
   He was also charged with failing to yield right of way to traffic and failing to keep right, before being released in the custody of a relative.
