Princeton Borough 
   Leon Sipaque, 33, of Harrison Street was charged Tuesday with contempt of court for having an active warrant from Princeton Borough Municipal Court with a total cash bail of $250, following a pedestrian stop on Paul Robeson Place. Mr. Sipaque was committed to jail in default of bail, police said.
   Walter Smith, 52, of Trenton was charged Sunday with contempt of court for having active warrants from Trenton Municipal Court with a total cash bail of $2,250 following a pedestrian stop on Harrison Street. Mr. Smith was committed to jail in default of bail.
Plainsboro 
   A patron of Ivy Taxi Co. fled from the taxi at Fox Run Drive after hiring the cab at the Princeton Junction train station about 11:45 p.m. Sept. 26, police reported. The loss was reported as $16.
   Liangjiun Huang, 51, of East Windsor was charged with driving while intoxicated about 1:20 a.m. Tuesday after police said they stopped a 2004 Chevrolet eastbound on Scudders Mill Road for failing to maintain lane and driving 10 mph under the speed limit. The driver was also charged with reckless driving, failure to maintain lane and failure to exhibit registration.
   Allen G. Zhang, 40 of Princeton was charged with driving while intoxicated after police said he was involved in a one-car accident on northbound Route 1 at the Sayre Drive overpass about 10:15 p.m. Wednesday. Mr. Zhang, who was not injured, was also charged with reckless driving, failure to maintain lane and having an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. He was released pending a court appearance.
   Charles L. Bernheart, 52, of Richmond, Va., was charged with driving while intoxicated after police said he was stopped on Municipal Drive after it was reported that a driver of a 1995 Infiniti was leaving municipal court in a possibly intoxicated state. He was also charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of prescription drugs without a prescription, driving while intoxicated in a school zone, reckless driving, obstruction of traffic and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle. He was lodged in the Middlesex County Adult Correction Center in default of $1,500 bail.
   O’Brien’s Oil Pollution Service reported the theft of two Dell laptop computers valued at $1,500 each from its Morgan Lane office between Aug. 28 and Sept. 29. The total loss, including the two backpacks in which they were stored, was $3,100.
       A locked 1998 Ford van owned by a Hanover, Pa., resident who was a guest at the Wyndham Hotel, 900 Scudders Mill Road, was broken into while it was parked in the hotel lot between 8 p.m. Monday and 7:30 p.m. Tuesday. Stolen was a Garmin GPS, Apple iPod and a hammer drill with a combined value of $500.
