Chesterfield seeks input for bicycle/pedestrian plan

CHESTERFIELD — The state Department of Transportation Office of Bicycle of Pedestrian Programs, in partnership with Chesterfield Township, is administering an online survey regarding pedestrian and bicycle access and mobility in Chesterfield.
The public is invited to participate in an online survey to assist the vision, goals and objectives drafted for the study and to provide feedback on bicycle and pedestrian deficiencies and opportunities in the township.  Input from the community is critical in the development of bicycle and pedestrian improvements and policy recommendations.
The survey will be available through Oct. 27 at www.chesterfieldtwp.com.  Click on Bicycle and Pedestrian Online Survey.  Hard copies of the survey will be available and accompanied by a self-addressed, stamped envelope at the Municipal Building on Bordentown-Chesterfield Road.  Information collected will be confidential and used solely for the purpose of developing a Bicycle and Pedestrian plan for Chesterfield Township.
