A North 18th Avenue caller reported that someone slashed the left front tire on his vehicle while it was parked in front of the residence on Sept. 29.
The incident was reported at 7:58 p.m., though the resident believed it happened a day earlier. Cost to repair the tire was estimated at $150.
A Boesel Avenue resident reported minor damage to his vehicle at 5:40 a.m. Sept. 30, though the damage was believed to have occurred earlier.
Police reported that someone rubbed a dead animal on the car, but no additional damage occurred. The owner agreed to clean the car.
At 9:08 a.m. Oct. 1, a Tall Oak Lane resident reported that someone scratched the paint on his vehicle while it was parked on North Street on Sept. 30. Police confirmed that the damage occurred, and estimated repairs would cost $650.
A North Second Avenue resident went to police headquarters on North Main Street at 9:46 a.m. Monday to report losing her wallet. The black wallet contained her Social Security card, a New Jersey driver’s license and three credit cards.
A 14-year-old went to police headquarters at 3:41 p.m. Oct. 2 to report the theft of a yellow and blue Yamaha three-wheeler, valued at $150, and a 20-inch silver Mongoose BMX bike, valued at $30.
The items were taken from the teen’s backyard, with the teen suspecting that the theft had occurred overnight.
At 1:46 p.m. Monday, a West Camplain Road resident reported that someone had taken medication valued at $820, $20 in cash, and other items from her home. Police reported finding no signs of forced entry at the residence.
