Tennis and water sports stars up next
Former track and field star Stephan Fletcher and former basketball star Bram Reynolds have advanced through the first round of the Princeton High’s All-Time Greatest Athlete contest.
Fletcher garnered 85 percent of the vote to defeat former high jump champion Peter Sharpless in a first-round matchup. Reynolds secured 82 percent of the vote for a victory over former wrestling champion Ian Reddy.
Two new head-to-head matchups are now underway, as former tennis stars Scott Clark and Mark Leshley face each other in one matchup. The other contest will pit swimming great Nina Rossi against Olympic diving champion Lesley Bush.
