Bordentown City and Florence

BORDENTOWN CITY
Three men were charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at 8:30 p.m. Sept. 28. Police said Travis Muller, David Roberts and Michael McCall Jr., all 21 years old and from New Egypt, were charged after police pulled over a car that changed lanes without signaling, almost striking another car, on Route 130/206 North. Police said the three men were asked to get out of the car after police smelled marijuana. Police said they found multiple burned hand-rolled cigarettes that appeared to contain marijuana. The three men were released with a court date in late October.
Police said Jose Ceballos, 23, of Hamilton, was charged with driving under the influence, refusal to give breath samples, reckless driving and disorderly conduct just before 8 p.m. Oct. 5. Police said they had responded to a report of a fight at the Quick Stop parking lot off Route 130. Police said an argument had begun at a nearby bar, both men left in separate cars and one followed the other to the Quick Stop. Police said one of the two people involved, Mr. Ceballos, appeared to be intoxicated. The other person was not charged. Mr. Ceballos was released with a court date later this month.
Police said Antonio Diggins Jr., 22, of Hamilton, was charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, failure to yield and failure to maintain lane at 1:25 a.m. Oct. 11. Police said an officer headed north on Route 130/206 had to stop abruptly to avoid Mr. Diggins’ car, which was pulling onto the highway from Crosswicks Street. Police said Mr. Diggins was pulled over for drifting out of his lane. He was released with a late October court date.
