Fred Stachurski

   Fred Stachurski, 70, of Trenton died Wednesday at Compassionate Care Hospice, Trenton.
   Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., he was a lifelong Trenton resident. He was a retired computer programmer for the state Department of Labor, Trenton. He was an Army veteran serving from 1961-1963.
   He was a graduate of the New Jersey School of Art in Mercer County.
   Son of the late Walter and Albina Jaskula Stachurski, and brother of the late Helen Stachurski Talec and Kazimere Stachurski, he is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Theodore Stachurski Rayn and Ana M. Rayn of Del Rio, Texas; a sister, Cecilia S. Hobson of Pennington; three grandchildren, Cassey, Emma, and Kevin; several nieces and nephews and grandnieces and grandnephews; and a special friend, Melissa Casey.
   A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. at St. James Roman Catholic Church, 115 E. Delaware Ave., Pennington.
   Interment will be private in St. Hedwig’s Cemetery, Ewing.
   Friends may call Friday from 6-8 p.m. and Saturday from 9-9:30 a.m. at the Wilson-Apple Funeral Home, Pennington Circle.
