Annie Fang, 18, a Princeton University student, was charged with being a minor in possession of alcohol following an investigation that took place on Nassau Street about 11:12 p.m. Oct. 10, police reported.
Matthew Gerard, 19, of Talbot Lane was charged with being a minor in possession of alcohol following a traffic stop on Mercer Street about 12:30 a.m. Tuesday, police reported.
Angel Berrios, 50, of Shady Brook Lane was charged with driving while intoxicated and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop on Paul Robeson Place about 11:50 p.m. Oct. 9. After his arrest for driving while intoxicated he was found to be in possession of a glass pipe, police said.
Erving Pismichenko, 24, of South Brunswick was arrested on a court warrant out of Jersey City with a total cash bail of $600 following a motor vehicle stop on Hulfish Street about 12:54 a.m. Saturday, police reported. He was later released after posting bail.
Gerber Palacios, 27, of Trenton was arrested on a court warrant out of Hamilton Township for $192 and also charged with unlawful possession of weapons following a traffic stop on Witherspoon Street about 11:54 p.m. Oct. 10. Police said he had two BB guns in his possession. He was later released after posting bail.
Montgomery
Harry Smedley, 56, of Princeton was charged with driving while intoxicated and careless driving Tuesday evening after he was involved in a one-car crash on Route 605. Mr. Smedley was found trapped in his 2006 Chrysler 300, which had rolled over and was on its roof, police said. He was removed by the fire department and taken to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick for observation.
Two black bicycles were reported stolen from outside a Blue Spring Road apartment building Monday afternoon. The bicycles, which were unlocked, were valued at $200 each.
A Cornflower Court resident reported 9 p.m. Monday that a juvenile male had knocked on his door and fled on a bicycle with a group of other juvenile males.
A Hudnut Lane resident reported Saturday afternoon that two rings were stolen from her residence sometime during the previous 10 days. A gold ring was valued at $600 and a silver ring was valued at $400.
Alberto R. Alberto, 35, of Austin, Texas, was charged with loading as to spill Monday afternoon at Route 601 north of the Skillman Road intersection. Mr. Alberto was driving a 1999 Ford truck when a swimming pool water filter fell off the back of his truck at a sharp curve, hitting the front of a 2004 BMW driven by Richard A. Reso of Bridgewater.
West Windsor
A West Windsor emergency services ambulance collided with a Lincoln LX r Monday afternoon at the intersection of Old Trenton Road and Mercer County Community College. The car’s driver, Tiffani Mabry, 20, of Hamilton, was stopped in the jughandle when she proceeded on a green light and collided with the ambulance, whose driver had thought the intersection was clear, according to police. The ambulance, driven by Cheryl Willois, 52, was damaged on the right front side and had to be towed. Another ambulance was called to replace it. Ms. Mabry complained of back tightness and was taken by ambulance to Capital Health System’s Mercer Campus.
A 1998 Honda Accord, driven by Brook O’Brien, 19, of Hightstown, collided late Tuesday night with a 2004 Chevrolet truck, driven by Keith Toth, 48, of Plainsboro. The car was eastbound on Washington Road at the intersection of northbound Route 1 and the truck was northbound on Route 1 when the collision occurred. Mr. Toth was taken to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Hamilton. Ms. O’Brien and one of the passengers in her vehicle were taken to University Medical Center at Princeton, while a second passenger was taken to Capital Health System’s Fuld campus. The crash is under investigation and charges are pending, police said Thursday.
Plainsboro
A Ravens Crest Drive resident reported the theft of a $540 Palm Centro cell phone, an inoperative TV valued at $40 and a DVD valued at $40 from an unlocked apartment between 7:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Oct. 6.
Naiquon McKoy, 18, of Hunters Glen Drive was charged with aggravated assault, possession of a weapon, making terroristic threats and criminal mischief after he chased his aid worker with a screwdriver and attempted to assault her about 11:30 a.m. on Oct. 9, police said. Police said the aid worker was able to secure herself inside a Hunters Glen building and Mr. McKoy then broke a sliding glass door with stones in an attempt to gain access. He was then taken into custody by police, according to the report and is being held on $15,000 bail.
