EAST WINDSOR — Two local men were charged Friday with sexually assaulting two teenage girls at a Jamestown Road residence. One was apprehended; the other remained at large Monday, according to township police.
Luis F. Leonardo, 19, of Jamestown Road, and Rudolph Quezada, 21, of Stockton Street, were charged with sexual assault, endangering the welfare of a child and providing alcohol to a minor.
Police said the incident took place between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. Oct. 11 at Mr. Leonardo’s Jamestown Road home.
Mr. Leonardo and Mr. Quezada provided alcohol to the two 14-year-old girls and then engaged in illegal sexual activity with the victims, according to police.
Both victims were acquaintances of the two men; not blood relatives, police said.
Police arrested Mr. Leonardo at his home Friday. He was taken to the Mercer County Corrections Center in Hopewell in default of $75,000 bail.
Mr. Quezada was still at large Monday, according to police.
The Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office Child Abuse/Sex Crimes Unit assisted in the investigation, police said.
