Manalapan needs a fresh outlook in town hall. For too long taxes have been going up, and open spaces have been diminishing. Building is on the rise, roads are congested, and again, taxes are going up.
Ryan D. Green and William Garcia will make a meaningful difference in the wallets of the residents and to the legacy of our children by preserving our open spaces. They will pursue shared services agreements with our schools and surrounding municipalities, as well as Monmouth County, to save taxpayer dollars. These two men will make a positive difference in township life. They bring the right experience with them to do the job needed.
Green has shown us his willingness to work for the residents as a member of the Manalapan-Englishtown school board and as a former employee of the Manalapan summer recreation program, where he worked with all of my children.
Garcia has a wealth of financial experience and he will analyze, streamline and cut our town budget.
How many taxpayers are aware that they are paying for the health insurance for Michelle Roth and her family? Green and Garcia have clearly stated they will take no health insurance from the taxpayers. They will not take advantage of this benefit, therefore returning thousands of dollars to the budget.
A vote for Green and Garcia is a vote for change, for a chance to lower taxes, to preserve greater open space, and to cut wasteful spending.
