Jeanette K. Grover
PENNINGTON – Jeanette K. Grover died Monday at home after a long illness. She was 75.
Born in Jeanette Claire Kiplinger in Canby, Minn., she graduated from Klamath Falls (Ore.) High School and studied nursing at Oregon State University.
A full-time mother and homemaker, she was employed by the Princeton Housing Authority from 1972-1989 where she gave of her many talents.
She enjoyed making pottery, doing handiwork and needlework of all sorts, especially knitting and quilting.
She was an active bridge player and a member of several area book clubs. An active participant in the Bucks County Mobil Annuitants Club, she served as the newsletter editor for many years.
Wife of 44 years to the late Shamsher Singh Grover; she is survived by sons and daughter-in-law Paul and Suzanne Grover of Stafford, Texas and Matthew Grover of Skillman; daughters and sons-in-law Sara and Christopher Carpenter of Pennington and Ann Grover and Ian McDonnell of Winchester, Mass.; grandchildren Nichole and Alexander Grover, Hana and Steven Carpenter and Nina and Maxwell McDonnell; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Friday at Princeton Community Church, 2300 Pennington Road, Pennington.
