Pauline Kobren 
   EAST AMWELL — Pauline Levitsky Kobren, 79, died Saturday, Oct. 18, at her home in Linvale.
   She was born in Rocktown, N.J. and was the daughter of the late Maria Zwoliak Levitsky and Walter Simon Levitsky.
   She spent her early childhood in Brooklyn before the family moved to a farm in Linvale.
   She graduated from Flemington High School in 1947, then attended Rider College for one year.
   After 30 years, she retired in 1994 as a secretarial assistant for Assistant Commissioner Dr. R. Altman at the New Jersey Department of Health. She worked in the epidemiology and infectious diseases and AIDS divisions.
   Ms. Kobren was a member of St. Vladimir’s Russian Orthodox Church, Trenton.
   She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Theodore M. Kobren; two sons and daughters-in-law, John G. and Trisha of West Amwell and James T. and Robin of Riegelsville, Pa.; a daughter, Nina K. Bell of New Market, Md.; six grandchildren, John A., Michael T., Katherine, Rachel, Danielle Kobren and Theodore Clifton Bell; a niece, Stephanie Orlando; a brother and sister-in-law, Dr. Walter and Margo Levitsky of Topsfield, Mass.; and their three children.
   Funeral services were held at the church with Emeritus Very Rev. Paul Shafron officiating. Burial was in Highland Cemetery, Hopewell.
   Arrangements were under the direction of the Wilson-Apple Funeral Home, Pennington.

Lillian Deni 
   SANTA MONICA, Calif. — Lillian Di Crescenzo Deni, 93, died Saturday, Oct. 18.
   Born in Lambertville, she was the daughter of the late Nicholas and Clara Diteri Di Crescenzo.
   She lived most of her life in the Lambertville and New Hope area before moving to Santa Monica in 2007.
   Prior to her retirement in 2000, she worked at Del-Ray market with her brother, Raymond Di Crescenzo.
   She was the widow of William P. Deni, who died in 1995, and sister of the late Flora Di Crescenzo Gaynor and Anthony and Elmer Di Crescenzo.
   Surviving are two sons and a daughter-in-law, Frederick J. Deni and his partner, James Christel, of Santa Monica with whom she resided and attorney William P. Deni Sr. and his wife, Judith Zaccone Deni, of East Amwell; her brother and sister-in-law, Raymond and Adele Di Crescenzo, former owners of the Del-Ray market of New Hope; a grandson and granddaughter, attorney William Deni Jr. and, Joanne Theresa Deni, both of Hoboken, N.J.; and several nieces and nephews.
   A visitation will begin at 8:30 a.m. Friday, Oct. 24, from the Garefino Funeral Home, Lambertville. Services will begin at 10 a.m. Friday followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church in Lambertville at 10:30 a.m. Burial will be in Holcombe-Riverview Cemetery in Delaware Township.
