Miss Rathburn, 40, of Highlands, died Oct. 14, 2008, at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch. She was an autoCAD operator at Kupper & CompanyMobile Labs, Atlantic Highlands. She is survived by her parents, Colleen and James Rathburn of Red Bank; a daughter, Stormi Hill of Middletown; a brother, James J Rathburn of Highlands; her paternal grandmother, Florence Rathburn of Middletown; her boyfriend, Rit Johnson of Highlands; and several nieces and nephews. Arrangements were by John F. Pfleger Funeral Home, Middletown.
