Running Rabbit Family Theatre will present its newest production, “Cow and the Beanstalk,” at the Pollak Theatre at Monmouth University. Children’s classic “Jack and the Beanstalk” is given a fanciful turn in this version recommended for children age 2 and up and their families. There’s Jack, there’s an enormous beanstalk, there’s a surly giant and a goose that lays golden eggs. Did anyone even think about Jack’s cow? The Concordia Chorale will perform Mozart’s “Requiem” on All Souls Day, Sunday, Nov. 2, at 6 p.m. at St. Michael’s Church , 800 Ocean Ave. , Long Branch. The Middletown Masquerade Ball will be held at the Middletown Arts Center, 36 Church St., at 8 p.m. Friday. Prizes will be awarded for best costumes and masks.
