Middlesex County 4-H’s Reinbow Riders Horse Club is seeking new members, and will hold an introductory meeting for parents and youth at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 5 at the 4-H Center, 645 Cranbury Road, East Brunswick.
The club is aimed at children who love horses but don’t own one. Youths in grades four through 13 who have a love of animals are welcome to participate. Interested children need not live on a farm.
4-H Reinbow Riders meets oneWednesday and one Saturday of each month. Upcoming meetings will be 9-11 a.m. Nov. 15, “Horse Safety/Meet the Horses”; 7:30 p.m. Dec. 10, a multi-horse club holiday party; 9- 11 a.m. Dec. 13, English tack, equipment and grooming; 7:30 p.m. Jan. 7, club meeting; and 9-11 a.m. Jan. 10, western tack, equipment and grooming. Dues are $20 a year and cover program costs for the club and membership.
