Police blotter

   Maureen Sullivan-Willis, 55, of Bluebird Drive, was charged with driving while intoxicated and careless driving after police stopped her for nearly striking the curb on Amwell Road at 11:44 p.m. Oct. 19.
   Ms. Sullivan-Willis was taken into custody after she failed field sobriety tests, police said. At police headquarters, she was found to have a blood alcohol level of 0.14 percent, police said.
   New Jersey law defines a BAC of 0.08 percent or higher as intoxicated.
   Ms. Sullivan-Willis was processed and released to the custody of a friend.
   Christine Devlin, 18, of Northview Drive, was charged with underage consumption and possession of alcohol, driving while intoxicated, careless driving and underage driver with a blood alcohol level not between 0.01 percent and 0.08 percent.
   Police said Ms. Devlin lost control of her vehicle while making a right turn onto the southbound side of Marshall Road, drove up the curb line and onto the grass on the northbound side and then swerved back into the center of the road at 2:20 a.m. Oct. 18.
   Her passenger, Paige Williams, 18, of Branchburg, was charged with underage consumption of alcohol.
   Police said they also found a sealed can of beer on the passenger side floor of the vehicle.
   Ms. Devlin was taken into custody after she failed several field sobriety tests, police said. She was found to have a blood alcohol level of 0.15 percent, police said.
   Ms. Devlin and Ms. Williams were processed and released to the custody of a friend.
   Franklin Allen Jr., 29, of Manville, was charged with obstruction after the vehicle in which he was a passenger was stopped for making a U-turn on East Mountain Road by driving through the intersection at Amwell Road on a red traffic light at 12:58 p.m. Oct. 14.
   The driver of the vehicle, Ryan Seigler, 28, of Brookside Lane, received a summons for failure to observe a traffic signal, and was released at the scene.
   Mr. Allen was taken into custody after he gave police a false name.
   Mr. Allen was processed and released on his own recognizance.
   Two residents on Pioneer Drive reported GPS systems stolen sometime between Sept. 28 and Oct. 10 from their vehicles while parked at their home.
   The total value of the two systems is $430.
