POLICE BLOTTER, Oct. 30

   A Princeton resident reported the theft of his Dell laptop computer and his cell phone, valued at a combined $1,550, from his 2006 Suzuki sedan while it was parked at Applebee’s Restaurant on Brunswick Pike between 9:30 and 10:30 p.m. Oct. 27, police said. The thief broke the front passenger’s side window to get into the car.
   An assortment of jewelry valued at a combined $1,462 was stolen from a Franklin Corner Road residence between 7:30 a.m. and 3:45 p.m. Oct. 21, police said. The burglar pushed a window air conditioner out of a window at the rear of the house and climbed in through the window.
   A Federal City Road resident reported someone damaged the plastic window well cover at his home sometime between 7 p.m. Oct. 17 and 4:30 p.m. Oct. 20, police said. There was no sign of forced entry into the house.
   Someone stole a $75 portable stereo set, and also attempted to steal some bedding and lamps from a model apartment at the Steward’s Crossing apartment complex off Steward’s Way between 12:30 p.m. Oct. 18 and 10 a.m. Oct. 20, police said. Entry was made through an unlocked dining room window.
   Carmelo Alfredo Gutierrez, 35, of North Broad Street in Trenton, was charged with driving under the influence and possession of a controlled dangerous substance plus multiple motor vehicle violations after he was stopped on Brunswick Avenue for erratic driving at 1:17 a.m. Oct. 20, police said. He had two glassine bags in his possession that had traces of a white powder in them, according to the report.
   Jorge Eduardo Lopez-Segura, 31, of George Street, was charged with driving under the influence and multiple motor vehicle violations after he was stopped for erratic driving on Route 206 near Notre Dame High School at 2:17 a.m. Oct. 19, police said.
   Andrew S. Allshouse, 26, of Terrace Boulevard in Trenton was charged with driving under the influence and other motor vehicle violations after he was stopped on Brunswick Avenue at 11:25 p.m. Oct. 18 for driving with only one headlight, police said. He was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia for having a pipe used to smoke marijuana and a baggy with a white residue inside it, police said.
