Princeton Borough 
   Alex Nessas, 20, of Hightstown was charged with disorderly conduct and defiant trespass after police said they received a call of a disorderly person at Chez Alice, 5 Palmer Square West, about 5:30 p.m. Oct. 24.
   Edward Belbruno, 56, of Wiggins Street was charged with driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop on Maple Street about 8 p.m. Sunday.
   Gerardo Lucero, 26, of Philadelphia was charged with presenting a fictitious driver license and hindering after police said they investigated a report of someone sleeping in a car on Witherspoon Street about 3 a.m. Monday. Police said Mr. Lucero presented a driver license with a fake name and birth date. His true identity was determined through fingerprints, police said. He was committed to jail after he was unable to post bail, which was set at $5,000.
   James Henry Williams, 62, of Trenton was charged with receiving stolen property, possession of burglar tools and contempt of court after he was stopped on a bicycle on Nassau Street about 11:37 a.m. Oct. 24. Police said the bicycle was stolen and he had burglar tools in his possession. Later it was determined that Trenton Municipal Court had issued a $300 warrant for his arrest, police said.
   Thomas Riley Jr., 37, of Newportville, Pa., was charged with contempt of court following a motor vehicle stop on Mershon Drive about 10 a.m. Monday. Police said he had active warrants out of Bordentown and Hamilton townships with a total cash bail of $217.
   Edward Herrera, 27, of Trenton was charged with contempt of court following a motor vehicle stop on Elm Road about 10:30 a.m. Sunday. Police said Trenton Municipal Court had issued an arrest warrant for Mr. Herrera with a cash bail of $149.
   Matilda Middleton, 40, of Kent Court was charged with contempt of court after he car was topped on Nassau Street about 5 p.m. Sunday. Lawrence Township had issued an arrest warrant for her with a cash bail of $345, according to police.
Princeton Township 
   Two cars collided on Route 206 between Quaker Road and Hutchinson Drive about 3:45 p.m. Monday, resulting in injury to the two drivers and the closure of the roadway. Police said Min Wang, 57, of Ewing, was southbound in a 2009 Toyota Camry when he failed to negotiate a curve to the right. The left front of the car crossed the double yellow line and struck the left side of a northbound 2002 Saab driven by Candace Ashmun, 84, of Basking Ridge . The impact tore the left rear wheel off the Saab and it rolled over twice, police said. Ms. Ashmun suffered a lacerated right wrist and contusions. Mr. Wang complained of pain and stiffness. Both were taken to the Fuld Campus of Capital Health System by the Princeton First Aid & Rescue Squad. No charges had been filed at the time of the report.
   Petter Hernandez-Medrano, 26, of the Bronx, N.Y., was arrested on an outstanding $250 traffic warrant out of Edison after his 2005 Lincoln Town Car was stopped for speeding on Route 206 near Farrand Road about 12:35 a.m. Monday, police reported. He was later turned over to Edison police after failing to post bail.
   During the stop, it was determined that a passenger in the car, Roberto Lopez, 25, of the Bronx, N.Y., had an active $275 traffic warrant out of Saddle Brook. He was released after posting bail.
   Low-hanging branches combined with windy conditions appear to have severed a power line causing a transformer to explode shortly after 10 a.m. Tuesday in the area of 322 State Road near the Ewing Street intersection, police reported. Emergency units were called to the scene on report of wires down and arcing electrical outlets in a residence at 322 State Road, apparently caused by a power surge that damaged an electrical panel and outlets, police reported following an inspection by the township fire marshal. The explosion caused a power outage in the area and affected three traffic lights located at Mount Lucas Road and Ewing Street, Route 206 and Cherry Hill Road and Route 206 and Cherry Valley Road. Officers from Princeton Township and Montgomery, as well as Animal Control Officer Mark Johnson assisted with traffic control and assistance was also provided by the state Department of Transportation. Route 206 was closed for two hours between Cherry Hill Road and Cherry Valley Road.
Plainsboro 
   A Hampshire Drive resident told police that a woman threatened to kill him after an argument ensued over the woman taking too long at a drive-up ATM machine and blocking access to it.
   During the argument the woman threatened to kill him and stated she had a gun, according to his report to police. The resident told police that the woman reached for something inside her car and he backed his vehicle away. The woman’s car was described as a white sedan, possibly a late-model Mercury. Police said they could not find the vehicle following a check of the area.
   Ryan A. Dominiecki, 27, of Monroe was charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after police said his 2006 Chrysler Sebring was stopped on Scudders Mill Road about 2 p.m. Tuesday for an inoperative brake light. Police said he was found to have a marijuana smoking pipe as well as marijuana. He was also issued a summons for improper maintenance of lamps and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle.
