Democrats swept to re-election to the Township Council, beating their Republican opponents by almost 5,000 votes.
Carol Barrett, the deputy mayor, won her fourth council term by topping the field with 10,598 votes. Joseph Camarota and Charles Carley each won their second terms with 10,410 and 10,362 votes, respectively.
Republican challengers John O’Sullivan and Steve Walrond garnered 5,720 votes and 5,545 votes, respectively.
