Boo to city pumpkin thief

Cindy Celia of Lambertville
I never enjoyed Halloween until I moved to Lambertville seven years ago.
This town really knows how to celebrate this occasion. At least that was how I felt until I walked out to my front porch Wednesday night to retrieve and carve my pumpkin and noticed it was gone.
I know it may not seem like a big deal, but placing a jack-o-lantern on the porch and handing out candy was my way of contributing to Halloween.
My initial feeling was I was now going to reward this person who stole my pumpkin with candy on Halloween night, an unsettling thought.
I will hand out candy again this year, but I won’t feel the same way about it, thanks to the town thief.
