The East Brunswick Public Library is hosting a comic book art workshop for children and teenagers in grades six through 12 on Nov. 8 at 2:30 p.m. Registration is required. This workshop is sponsored by the Friends of the Library.
Participants will learn about comic book art and drawing with professional artist Doug Barron, who has been publishing his comic book series Sugar Ray Finhead since 1992. His work has been included in Valiant comics and many newspapers. He has taught cartooning classes and workshops at the Hunterdon Art Museum and other places for several years.
