FLORENCE
    John J. Balzano, 46, of Princeton Junction, was charged at 12:24 a.m. Friday with driving while intoxicated, refusal to take a breath test, failure to maintain lane and reckless driving.
    Police said officers saw him swerving while driving north on Route 130 and determined he was intoxicated after pulling him over. Police said he refused to take a breath test at the police station. He was released on his own recognizance.
MANSFIELD
    Police are looking for a Florence man charged with stealing a car from the NADE Auto Auction on Jan. 4, 2007. Police said the car, a 2004 Mercedes Benz CLK, was found in Trenton on Jan. 19, 2007 after it had been involved in an accident. DNA evidence was obtained from the vehicle and submitted to the state police laboratory in Hamilton where police said a match was made. Jamaal Addison, 28, of Trenton, who is currently incarcerated, was charged with theft by unlawful taking of movable property, conspiracy, trespassing and criminal mischief. An active $25,000 warrant is out for Tony Allen, 30, of Florence. Anyone with information on Mr. Allen’s whereabouts is asking to contact the Mansfield Township Police Department at 609-298-4411.
